DEMO ACTIVITIES

• Definition/determination of demo equipments and accessories in the system
• Preparation of equipments and the components, in means of physical conditions, packaging and completeness based on pre-defined shipment procedures.
• Organizing transportation for in and outside Istanbul shipments.
• Delivering Istanbul demo equipments with our own vehicles, with the presence of our experienced technicians
• Organizing all necessary equipments (forklift, transpallet etc) throughout shipment, off-loading and placement at the site.
• Placement of the equipment at the requested site, right at the requested day and time.
• Collection of the equipment and the components with ultimate care, applying a collection procedure (SOP)
• Returning the equipment to the warehouse and make all the preparations for the next demo organization
• Weekly and monthly reporting of demo activities
• Inventory keeping of demo equipments and the accessories

RETURN FOLLOW UP

• Follow up the service parts throughout the loop of” shipment – collection (from engineers and/or customers) – receipt (back at the warehouse)” and  reporting of all these transactions in sequence.
• Dispatching every single return part with the necessary  RT (Return Table) form, of which determines the status of the part
• Necessary controls, checks and classification of return parts and reporting
• Dispatching, labeling, pallet/carton preparations and documentation of classified parts for exportation
• Export and/or destruction of classified returns
• Weekly and monthly reporting of whole return process
